This joke isn’t that good. What makes it worse is that the entire affair is based on the update schedule of the comic.
A lesson to all of you budding comic creators out there – don’t do a joke that only works if the comic is read on WEDNESDAY.
Lucy’s inability to improv though is something that I still laugh about to this day.
